- State Programme Manager (Residential, KGBV and Out of School Children): Master's in Humanities/Social Sciences/Education, 5 years experience
- State Programme Manager (Procurement): Master's in Finance/Commerce/Accounts or CA/ICWA/CS, 5 years experience
- District Programme Manager: Master's in a recognized discipline, 3 years experience
- Assistant Programme Manager: Bachelor's in a recognized discipline, 2 years experience
- Expert EMIS: B.E./B.Tech or computer-related degree, 3 years experience
- Assistant Computer Programmer: BCA/IT/Computer Application/CS graduate, 2 years experience
- Finance Controller: M.Com with MBA Finance, CA, ICWA/CMA or equivalent, 5 years experience
- Finance and Accounts Officer: Graduate in Commerce or professional accounting qualification, 3 years experience
- Accounts Officer: Graduate in Commerce or accounting-related qualification, 3 years experience
- Auditor: CA/CMA Inter, ICWA or equivalent, 2 years experience
- Junior Engineer (Civil Works): Civil Engineering Diploma with minimum 55% marks; supervision experience desirable
