Should you wait for CDS 2 2027 or write CDS 1 2027?
Write both if you are eligible. CDS (I) 2027 (form 2–22 December 2026, exam 11 April 2027) gives you an attempt five months earlier, and the syllabus is identical. Students who miss the age window for CDS (I) because they turn 19 after 1 January 2028 can still fit CDS (II), whose reference date is 1 July 2028.
