- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Recognized equivalent diploma OR ITI Surveyor Certificate.
- B.E. / B.Tech degree holders in Civil Engineering are explicitly excluded and NOT eligible.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications is required.
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi language.
- Physical measurement standard: Male Height 163 cm (155 cm for ST), Female Height 150 cm (145 cm for ST).
