  • Because our Advanced Notes and Selection E-Books are instant-download digital PDF files, orders generally cannot be cancelled once the full PDF file has been downloaded.
  • 100% Replacement / Refund Guarantee for Technical Issues: We provide a full refund or instant replacement within 7 days of purchase in any of the following cases:
    1. Duplicate Payment: If your account was debited twice for the same order via UPI, Cashfree, or Razorpay.
    2. Payment Deducted but Order Not Unlocked: If money was debited from your bank/UPI app and we are unable to deliver your working PDF download link within 24 hours.
